Before we start, one thing you do need to know about the rewards, abilities, and upgrades that you can get on this game is that it’s mostly dependent on a random number generator (RNG). Many players ask who is better – Helix or Meugik? To answer the question, let’s compare their characteristics and skills.

Comparison of skills. At 1% health, Helix deals up to 120% more damage. Let’s take a rather simplistic approach and imagine that the hero has half the HP most of the time. On average, this is a 60% increase or x1.6. Meugik spawns kittens that deal 3 times more damage and scale with increased attack. They do not apply elemental effects, but they can pass through walls and inflict critical damage.

Thus, they appear every third attack, regardless of whether enemies hit you or not. They appear more frequently when using Multishot. As for abilities, this is not just an increase in damage per second, but, given the kitten hit rate, this is about a 50% increase in damage (x1.5). Thus, if you compare only abilities, Meugik’s skill is about the same in strength as the medium-pumped Helix skill, but it will never equal the maximum pumped ability.

Other characteristics of the heroes. Meagik’s base damage is 100 points more, and at level 40, the hero gives a 5% dodge chance, which is insane if you combine him with the right build (up to 96% dodge chance at 1% health). And most importantly, he can still get rage. Of course, Meugik’s rage will only do 100% more damage, but if you put it all together, he will easily outperform Helix at both medium and maximum leveling, while leaving his other bonuses as a nice addition.

Best Archero pets/spirits

When it comes to pets (or spirits), you have a lot of freedom to choose which animals you like best. You can choose two, and if you have a favorite, you can even equip two of the same Archero pet, although it will be difficult to combine them.

All Archero animals receive the same rewards in rare and epic cases, and they are all the same size when blocking projectiles with Wing Ability. However, its damage will be minimal as you progress, so don’t prioritize leveling it over weapons or armor.
