Riot Games have produced a large number of purchasable bundles over the span of Valorant, with some cosmetic items being hugely successful for the company.

Here’s everything you need to know about getting a refund for skins in Valorant. Fundamentally, there are certain items in-game that you can and cannot get a refund for, and Riot have these listed on their official site:

1) The content is unused

You can request a refund for unused VP by /submitting a ticket. Cash refunds are available for 14 days after a transaction as long as the VP wasn’t spent.

How to refund skins in Valorant?

It’s pretty simple to return a skin in Valorant. Click on this link and scroll to the bottom of the page. Select the red login button and enter your account details. Press the “get my order history” button to view all your recent purchases. Click on “claim a refund” next to an item you want to refund to start the process.

For skins, you’ll get your VP back into your account. However, the gun should be unused in order to be refunded. Upgrading it will make it ineligible for a refund, so make sure you don’t press play if you’ve accidentally bought a skin. Also, file a ticket within 14 days of the purchase to get your VP back.

VP can also be returned by the same method. If you’re looking for a cash refund, follow the same process to submit the ticket. Cash refunds are also available for 14 days after a transaction, provided the VP wasn’t spent. The entire set of VP should be in your account in order to return it smoothly.

How to Refund Valorant Weapon Skins

Valorant weapon skins can only be refunded within 14 days of time of purchase. So if over 14 days have passed, you can’t refund your content. And the weapon skin can only be refunded for the in-game currency you’ve purchased, meaning you can only refund weapon skins and variants for Valorant points or Radianite points.
