Conference calls can get boring for team members, so having some fun games in between agenda items can spark engagement and improve team bonding. Here are some quick games you can play on your next conference call:

• Two Truths and a Lie: Have each person share two truths and one lie about themselves. The rest of the team tries to guess which statement was the lie.

• Radio DJ: Assign people roles as the DJ and guests for a fake radio call-in show. Have them improvise interviews and call-ins from “listeners.”

• Name that Tune: Play a short clip of a well-known song and have people guess the title and artist as fast as they can. Whoever guesses correctly first gets a point.

•Word Association: One person starts with a random word. The next person has to say a word that comes to mind which is associated to the previous word, and so on. Whoever can’t think of an associated word is out.

•Ask and Answer: Someone asks a yes or no question. The next person answers yes or no and then asks their own question for the next person to answer and also ask a question. Continue around the call.
