How many bookshelves are needed for infinity?

The better the enchantment, the more levels it takes. Enchantments reach a maximum of level 30 and the higher-level enchantments require bookshelves around the enchanting table. In order to obtain the highest level of enchantment, you need a total of 15 bookshelves.
