VIRLANIn my opinion, Infinity is better. Sure, mending is pretty nice, but bows aren’t that expensive and I can just craft a ton of bows to use when the enchanted one gets damaged. If you fight on a regular basis, chances are that you’ll burn through your arrows quickly. But if you use infinity, that ceases to be a problem.
