John Schneider marries Dee Dee Sorvino, Paul Sorvino’s widow
“The Dukes of Hazzard” star John Schneider and TV personality Dee Dee Sorvino have seized another chance at love after being widowed in recent years.
In February 2023, John Schneider – best-known for Bo Duke in the iconic series The Dukes of Hazzard – suffered the loss of his wife Alicia Allain, who he had been married to for four years.
Following her death from breast cancer, the actor spoke about how he called his late partner ‘my smile’, stating: ‘I miss every damn thing, every day.’
Around a year and a half later, John, 64, has wed again to Dee Dee Sorvino, after describing their relationship as a ‘miracle’.
“Just when we thought our happiest days were forever behind us …. WE HAPPENED,” the couple shared in a statement provided by their representative.

Schneider and Sorvino will host an official wedding celebration next week to mark the anniversary of their first meeting.
We’re told Schneider and Sorvino are planning a reception in L.A. — which will go down at the Hollywood Museum on August 1 … the place they first met.
Like we mentioned, this ain’t the first wedding for either star … ’cause they were both in loving relationships before their respective partners recently passed away.
Dee Dee’s late husband, Paul Sorvino, died the year prior, in July 2022. The Goodfellas actor “passed from natural causes and had dealt with health issues over the past few years,” a release stated at the time.
“Our hearts are broken,” Dee Dee said in a statement at the time. “There will never be another Paul Sorvino, he was the love of my life, and one of the greatest performers to ever grace the screen and stage.”
